Custom recycled sail products

Whilst each of our recycled sail products are unique we are often asked if we can make a product to an individual requirement, such as when the RYA commissioned us to make a commemorative director's chair for Dee Caffari.

Many of our products can be customised on line but perhaps you'd like a corporate logo, a particular material or colour shade. We can print, embroider and apply sewn embelishment according to your own requirements in single or multiple colours.

We've recently been commissioned by our friends at River Cottage H.Q to make a number of recycled sailcloth products for a new deck area and the chairs shown below are a typical example of our corporate products.

Perhaps you'd like something made from your own, or a particular type of sail or colour. Manufacturing in-house rather than the far east it's not usually a problem.

If you are interior, garden or product designer we're always happy to advise on the suitability of sailcloth for your intended application and act as specialist sub-contractor. You'll need to consider U.V stability, weather and fireproofing in most applications. Garden shade sails, screens, seating and custom bags are all regular commissions. In addition to used sail cloth of all types and shades we stock a range of fabrics from new sailcloth to traditional canvas. We also have a wide selection of nylons and durable outdoor fabrics. Recent commissions such as the purple Cordura cloth we used for Hurlingham Media and cream sailcloth for Go Wilde were both supplied from stock fabric. If we don't have a particular colour or material we can usually source it in a sensible quantity.

Artwork and media generation can often be produced in house using our computer driven CAMM cutter and heat press system and is charged at sensible rates for even the smallest of orders.
