How to order Reefer products
Through this website (Card or Cheque)
To order through this website simply select the quantity of
items you would like and click on the appropriate 'Add to Basket'
buttons. You will then be taken to the Aitsafe pages of Mal's
e-commerce who provide our online payment facility. Click 'Continue
Shopping' to return to this website. When you're ready to pay
click 'View Basket' on any page, then click 'Go to Payments'
to fill in your details. Click 'Continue' to review your order
and select your payment method; Card or Cheque. We no longer
accept PayPal. We use Sage Pay's secure online payment system
for card payments. Sage Pay is the union of Protx, the fastest
growing payment service provider (PSP) and Sage one of the UK’s
most trusted business brands.
We
accept all of the main credit and debit cards. 
If paying by card you can be assured that the systems are entirely
secure using Sage Pay. We will only process your transaction
when we are ready to despatch your order and will call you to
advise if there will be a delay.
If you choose to pay by cheque please make the cheque payable
to The
Reefer Sail Company Ltd and post to The Reefer Sail
Company Ltd, The Sail Loft, Heron House, Hawley Bottom, Axminster
EX13 7HR UK. You will be prompted to enter the details of the
cheque you're sending. We will despatch your order as soon as
the cheque arrives.
