Delivery (UK mainland)

Standard Delivery

We have a charge for standard delivery of £4.90 for orders under £75. For orders over £75, delivery is £9.50. Our standard delivery is first class post for packages under 2kg and Parcel Force Carbon Neutral 48 hour for heavier items. We endeavour to dispatch goods within three to four working days. Parcels delivered by Royal Mail First Class should arrive the next day, packages delivered by Parcel Force take 2 working days. Please allow seven working days for delivery from date of order.

For addresses that are not on the UK mainland such as the Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, there may be a surcharge. Please call 01404 831333 for a quote or use our contact form.

Delivery (Overseas)

We regret that we are unable to accept orders from outside the UK online. However, we are happy to take orders by telephone on +44 1404 831333, or send us an email through our contact form.

Postage is calculated depending on weight and destination of the parcel and will be confirmed to you before any funds are deducted from your credit card.

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases from us. If for some reason you are not happy with an item, we will exchange or refund it as long as you return the product to us in its original condition within seven days of receipt.

We suggest that you ask for proof of postage from the post office for any goods you return. Postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty or not as ordered.
