DELIVERY OF YOUR REEFER SAILS PRODUCT
UK Mainland Delivery
We've spent a long time working out a fair and sensible charging system for delivering our products.
We've decided to base our postal charges on weight, speed of packing & cost of packaging. For that reason any order weighing less than 2kg is delivered free of charge within the UK using Royal Mail second class recorded delivery. Orders between 2-5kg are charged at £4.80 and are sent Royal Mail packet post, first class. Orders above 5kg weight (usually chairs) are sent on overnight courier after completion for which we charge £12.50.
If you're in a hurry you can specify overnight delivery options for all three weight bands but do be aware many of our products are made to order and that we aren't necessarily able to make the 10 mile round trip to our local Post Office every day. We suggest you call and check stock before opting for any overnight option, many of our items are made to order and are usually dispatched within one week.
For addresses that are not on the UK mainland such as the Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, there may be a surcharge. Please call 01404 831333 for a quote or use our contact form.
Overseas Delivery
We regret that we are unable to accept orders via the website from outside the UK due to varied shipping costs. However, we are happy to take orders by telephone on +44 1404 831333, or send us an email through our contact form. We email overseas customers an e-Invoice including postage costs with which can be paid on line via our secure payment gateway, Sagepay.
Postage is calculated depending on weight and destination of the parcel and will be confirmed to you before any funds are deducted from your credit card.
Please note that shipping of chairs is very expensive and many countries impose restrictions on the importation of timber items. This is especially true of the United States. Mark travels extensively and visits the US most months so it may be possible for us to dispatch from within the country. Contact us for more details.
Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases from us. If for some reason you are not happy with an item, we will exchange or refund it as long as you return the product to us in its original condition within seven days of receipt.
Please note bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded once we have commenced working on an order.
We suggest that you ask for proof of postage from the post office for any goods you return. Postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty or not as ordered.
